Thank you for shopping with The Merry Hare! We offer products shipped from our own warehouse as well as merchandise shipped directly from our trusted Collective and other drop ship partners. Shipping charges and delivery times depend on the items in your order and their fulfillment locations.

Shipping From Our Warehouse

Products shipped directly from The Merry Hare warehouse have a $9.99 flat shipping rate per order, regardless of the number or total value of warehouse items purchased.

This charge covers only the warehouse-shipped portion of your order.

Shipping From Our Collective and Other Drop Ship Partners

Partner products ship directly from the partner’s fulfillment location.

Shipping rates for Collective partner products are calculated through Collective Carrier Service. Other drop ship partners use their own shipping services. Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Collective and other drop ship partner products are not included in our $9.99 warehouse flat shipping rate. Orders containing only partner products do not incur the $9.99 warehouse shipping charge.

Orders Shipping From Multiple Locations

Orders containing warehouse items are charged $9.99 for the warehouse-shipped portion. Applicable shipping charges for Collective and other drop ship partner items are added separately. Your total shipping cost is displayed at checkout before purchase.

Items may ship from different locations, arrive in separate packages, and be delivered on different days. Orders containing products from multiple partners may also have separate shipments and shipping charges.

Tracking information will be provided for each shipment when available.

Order Processing

Processing times vary depending on the products ordered and their fulfillment locations. Items within the same order may be processed and shipped at different times.

The delivery estimates below cover carrier transit only. They do not include the time needed to prepare and process your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your shipment has been processed and accepted by the carrier, approximate transit times are:

- USPS Ground Advantage: 3–5 business days.
- UPS or FedEx Ground: 3–5 business days.

Collective and other drop ship partner shipments may use different carriers or services, and their transit times may vary.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Fulfillment location, destination, weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances may affect delivery times.

Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address, including any apartment, suite, unit, or other necessary delivery information.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays, returned packages, or additional shipping charges.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us through our website as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once processing or shipping has begun.

Carrier Delays

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations and schedule.

The Merry Hare cannot guarantee delivery dates or control delays caused by weather, holidays, service interruptions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
