Our shipping is simple:
- Orders under $50 ship for $9.99.
- Orders $50 and up ship for free!
Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days.
- Custom, Personalized or Drop Ship Orders: These may require additional processing time, which will be specified on the product page.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs. Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed. All shipping costs are calculated by weight and distance. We reserve the right to use any shipping service with comparable shipping times.
Our goal is to ship timely, accurate, and complete orders. Shipping time will vary, but you can use this as a guide:
- USPS Priority Mail - 2 to 5 business days plus up to 3 handling days
- USPS Ground Advantage - 2 to 5 business days plus up to 3 handling days
- UPS Ground - 1 to 5 business days plus up to 3 handling days
- UPS Ground Saver - 1 to 6 business days plus up to 3 handling days
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at sales@themerryhare.com with your order number and tracking details.
- We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
Additional Notes
- Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: Some shipping methods may not be available for P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We’ll contact you if there’s an issue.
- Weather & Natural Disruptions: Unexpected delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events may impact delivery times.
